Data Deletion Instructions for 1SV Content Engine

Effective date: June 15, 2026

Users may request deletion of data associated with 1SV Content Engine.

How To Request Deletion

Email 1soundvibe@gmail.com with the subject line:

1SV Content Engine Data Deletion Request

Include:

- The email address associated with your account

- The workspace or brand name, if applicable

- Any connected social account or Page name, if applicable

- A short note confirming that you want your app data deleted

What We Delete

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize account and workspace data that we control, including content drafts, scheduled post records, automation rules, lead records, link page records, campaign data, and analytics snapshots where applicable.

Social Platform Data

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other social platform account, you can also remove app access directly from that platform's account settings. Removing platform access stops future data access by the app.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons.
