1SV Content Engine is a content planning, scheduling, automation planning, lead tracking, and link-in-bio management tool operated by 1 Soundvibe.

We may collect account information such as name, email address, workspace name, brand profile details, social profile links, content drafts, scheduled post details, automation rules, lead records entered by users, analytics snapshots, and support communications.

If you connect social platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, we may process platform data that you authorize through those platforms, such as Page information, Instagram business account information, post metadata, comments, direct message automation settings, and engagement metrics.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, generate and organize content, manage calendars, build campaigns, track leads, display analytics, support connected integrations, improve the product, and comply with legal and platform requirements.

Platform Data

Connected social platform data is used only to provide requested features. We do not sell platform data. Automated replies, messages, and publishing features must be used only with connected accounts and platform-approved permissions.

You may update or delete content, leads, workspaces, and connected integrations inside the app where available. You may disconnect social accounts through the app or directly through the relevant platform.
